Please test all products prior to installation. We apologize in the event you receive a defective item. The product must be shipped back to us within the warranty period to qualify for a replacement. Return shipping to us is at the expense of the buyer, we will pay the shipping cost back to you. There are no exclusions to this policy. All shipments are tested before leaving our facility. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

HID Product Warranty Terms:
HID Conversion Kits, HID Bulbs (all styles), HID Ballasts and relay harnesses carry a "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" warranty. In order to receive a replacement product under warranty you must ship said product back to us.

LED Offroad Light Bars Warranty Terms:
The general warranty period on our LED Offroad light bars is 2 years. Within this 2 years the clear lens is covered under a repair service, the LEDs are covered under a replacement service and all other hardware and parts are covered under a replacement/repair service. The finish on the light bar has a 90 day replacement warranty.

LED Bulbs Warranty Terms:
All LED bulb products come with a 1 year "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" replacement warranty unless stated otherwise in its product description. Simply send the defective LED back to us for a replacement product.

LED Accent / Universal Product Warranty Terms:
All universal style LED products such as DRL kits, dome light boards, LED Logo Projectors, and flexible LED strips (unless mentioned in a different specific warranty term) come with a 1 year "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" replacement warranty. Simply send the defective LED back to us for a replacement product.


  1. All you have to do to return an item is locate the invoice number/Order number for the product you need to return and provide it to us through our "CONTACT US" form so we can provide to you a RMA number. You will receive an email right away with the return instructions. If the product is no longer available we can offer you a new style replacement product at equal or lesser value.

  2. If you would like us to ship out a replacement product right away before we receive your defective item, simply order the item directly from our website. We highly recommend replacing the bulbs in pairs to ensure color match and equal lifespan. If the item(s) are no longer available for purchase you can choose a different item. After you receive your new items, you can contact us to let us know you have received your new product on this website, and and elect to start a return for the items, and you can send the defective items back to us for a full refund.



We accept returns for exchange, repair or refund within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Shipping charges are not eligible for credit or refund. Also, if you need to send something back we do not pay for shipping.

**To be eligible for a refund: Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
**To be eligible for a repair: Item must have a repair warranty option with the manufacturer. Not all items can be repaired.
**To be eligible for an exchange: Items must be returned within the 30 day time period and you will be given store credit to be used to purchase something else. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". You can replace a product with a different product by paying the difference in price, or trading it in for something cheaper and receiving a partial refund.

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

*Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
*Product must be in original, resalable packaging.
*If an item has been installed, it is no longer new even if it was only installed for a short time.


NOTICE ABOUT REFUNDS: If the dollar amount of your return is $200 or greater we will send you a check in the mail instead of a credit card refund. We do this because if we refund your credit card we will be charged again by the processing company another 2.5 - 3.5% depending on the type of credit card you used. It doesn't make sense for us to have to pay to send you your money back. A check in the mail is free. We hope you understand!

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive them.
